the formula of Arco Iris has been always the same, all the children that arrive are being taking care off untill the very moment that they are able to stand on their own feet. Just like with your own children do you not send them away when they still rely on parental support. Arco Iris believes that the ability to take care of oneself has fully acomplished once adolscents graduate from university. Ever since its foundation does Arco Iris nurture and later on acompany children until this very moment of graduation. Unfortunately do the children, curently living in Arco Iris, not have the same gurantee as their predecessors due to the nearly empty funds that support Arco Iris.
Most children arrived at Arco Iris at a young age. At the same time do most children have some kind of family, one has separated parents another as only a grandmother or big brother. These children visit their family every weekend to maintain contact with their roots. The ones without any family responsible family members stay behinds in the weekend. But in either way, the children living in Arco Iris did arrive at this children's home because of unbearable home situation in which there was a lack of emotional and financial support. Does Arco Iris has to shut its door, these children will return to these very same situation and will they fastly lose all the knowledge gained in their real home, Arco Iris.
To avoid that these children will end up turning back to where they come from, we copied an idea. We offer families to adopt one of these precious children living in Arco Iris. The idea is very simple. The expenses are yours, which includes (likewise to your biological kids) educational-, nutritional-, clothing-, and medical costs. In return for these costs, your adopted child will be bleshed with a caring youth and have a milion of possibilities to break free with the unsightly prospects of this city. Ricardo has been living in Arco Iris since 2009. Together with his little sister did he arrive because his mom was no longer able to take care of the two. Soon after arriving did their mom past away. Ricardo, and his little sister, is one of the few that stay behind on the weekend. Except Arco Iris their are few people they know of care for.
At this moment Ricardo attend group 5 of primary school. In contrast with his classmates does Ricardo pay real attention in the class. For this reason does he score superb notes at school! For him the answer is simple: I like school and it's easy! His dream is to become an actor. The very most does he like to sing, dance and act at the same time. Ricardo is very caring brother towards his little sister, a great company to his friends, and a amazing person to all.

Moises, 9 years ol.
Moises is lives with his three brothers and sisters in Arco Iris. He is in 5th grade of primary school and is with his age one of the youngers in his class. Therefor he needs some extra assistance with his homework and preparing his tests. In Arco Iris he receives this special and individual care.

Ruth has had a turbulant youth. Her mother got involuntary pregnant on a very young age. The care of ruth came into the hands of het grandma, but severe poverty forced her to look for an orphanage. Now Ruth receives all the care she deserves and is growing up as a healthy and happy young girl. Nevertheless, the effects of a tough youth are visible, sometimes she seems timid and solitary-minded. The contact and care in Arco Iris is for a girl as Ruth vital in her life.
In school she is doing surprisingly good, one of the top students of her class. Without any problems does she pass every year. We hope she continues working that way so that at the end of her school career she is able to pick her desired field of studies. Only that way will she be able to break with the bounderies that encircled her upon birth.
